First introduced in the 1990s, the 777 was designed to fill the gap between the 767 and 747 in Boeing's product line. The aircraft made its maiden flight on June 12, 1994, and entered commercial service in 1995. The 777 is known for its fuel efficiency, advanced technology, and exceptional range capabilities, making it popular among airlines for long-haul and ultra-long-haul routes. The aircraft family includes several variants, such as the 777-200, 777-300, and the more recent 777X series, which features the 777-8 and 777-9 models with even greater range and efficiency.
