yes3D model of a solar observatory that was constructed in 1920 in Potsdam, Germany. It was designed by architect Erich Mendelsohn and named after Albert Einstein, who developed the theory of general relativity that the tower was built to investigate. The tower stands at 72 feet high and is shaped like a cylinder with a central pillar. It was designed to eliminate vibrations and other external disturbances that would interfere with measurements of the sun. The tower's construction included innovative building techniques, such as reinforced concrete and glass blocks to allow natural light to pass through.
3D model based on the original dimensions of a real building.
All main parts of the model are separated objects. Therefore, you can easily change all materials. We provide several formats for each model, most of them are available by default.
All objects and materials in a scene are named appropriately. Files do not contain extraneous or hidden objects.
* images rendered with using V-Ray plugin (we don't include lighting and environment to a set).
