yes3D model of a British fighter-bomber aircraft designed by Hawker Aircraft Ltd. during World War II. Its primary role was ground-attack and interception, targeting enemy armor, vehicles, and infrastructure. The Typhoon first flew on February 24, 1940. The main user of the aircraft was the Royal Air Force (RAF), which employed it extensively in the latter stages of the war. Also known as the "Tiffy" in informal RAF slang.
