3D model of a German tank destroyer used during World War II. It was built on the chassis of the Czechoslovakian Panzer 38(t) tank and equipped with a 75mm PaK 40 anti-tank gun. The Marder III had an open-topped superstructure, which provided little protection for the crew. However, its light weight and low silhouette made it an effective ambush weapon. The Marder III was produced in large numbers and saw action on all fronts of the war.
