3D model of a rifle designed and manufactured in the United States. Developed in the early 2000s, the Mk 14 EBR is a modernized variant of the M14 battle rifle designed to meet the evolving needs of special operations forces. Chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester), the rifle offers increased range and stopping power over standard 5.56x45mm NATO infantry rifles. The Mk 14 EBR features a modular chassis system that includes a telescoping stock, adjustable cheek riser and multiple Picatinny rails for easy attachment of accessories such as optics, bipods and laser sights. The rifle uses a detachable box magazine, typically with a 20 round capacity.
