3D model of a Roman dagger, which was mainly used during the early Roman Empire, from the 1st to the 3rd century AD. It features a short, wide, double-edged blade with a sharp point, typically measuring between 7 and 11 inches in length. Roman soldiers, especially legionaries, carried the pugio as a sidearm in addition to their primary weapon, the gladius.
