3D model of a skyscraper in the Pudong district of Shanghai, China. Completed in 2015, it stands 632 metres (2,073 feet) tall and has 128 floors, making it the second tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa. Its twisted, spiral design was created to reduce wind loads on the building and features nine cylindrical zones stacked on top of each other. The tower houses offices, hotels, retail space and a series of observation decks. The building boasts the world's fastest elevators, travelling at speeds of up to 73.8 kilometres per hour (45.9 miles per hour) and reaching the observation decks on the 118th and 119th floors in just 55 seconds.
