No Room For Thin Skin

Eccentric: My old friend, she is more than just a machine to me, she breathes as i breathe and sleeps as i sleep. Bio-modding is more than just a hobby, more than a career even, to some of us, its really a way of life. Each year we race through the isle of metamorphosis of Pangoni to get her into her new skin, and if we fail to beat the previous years high speed, her exfoliation will fail and she will die...just as i will too, but each time we have succeed and those are the moments i live for. My friend. I do it to be alive.

Heres my take on a dodge viper. The setting is in a world where modding of cars has been taken to the extremes...even to melding of the wheeled machines with biology. To successfully shed it's skin as a true viper does,each year the owner of this beast has to take his car on a race where he has to beat the top speed of the previous years race or the shedding will fail and the car will die, such is the price he had to pay for the mod he designed for himself.
