The Exploration Xeno Defense Logistical Rover is a multi purpose rover designed with extensive storage and living quarters. Useful for short term expeditions or construction projects the EXPLR is perfect for the job.

I approached this project with the idea of it being a transport rover for construction but it changed to being a more multi-purpose rover. I also wanted it to be on a planet with established colonies/outposts as this vehicle would be harder to justify for expeditions on uncolonized planets.
