Grand Slamfire

It was fairly simple. The weapons laws and firearms restrictions kept on coming, and with every new legal addition and amendment the local gangs would be forced to step up their game. Law enforcement had seen it all... shanks made from compressed paper products, jury rigged power drills converted into homemade tasers... but this? This convoluted monstrosity? Some clever thug with a steel alloy baseball bat, a drill, 12 gauge hunting shotgun shells, and too much time on his hands has certainly produced one of the most bizarre weapons to be seen on the city streets. One swing of this thing, the shell slams against the target, crushing the primer inside and setting the round off. God knows what they'll come up with next...
