The concept for the cosmic rover was conceived while imagining the future as humanity discovers further sectors of the planets that will be the object of numerous scientific research and discoveries. Norac, above all, was to be agile and self-sufficient which was a critical aspect to his greatness. The rover has two communication antennas and solar panels mounted on the roof, while sensors and cameras for collecting data are placed around it. One of the most important elements of the vehicle are wheels. The wheels are mounted on ball arms that allow Norac to overcome any obstacle. Each of them has a separate engine that propels the vehicle and recovers energy. With the new type of tires which have extending, moving tread elements, the vehicle gives power back while driving, which increases its self-sufficiency. The tire is hollow, the structure is built with a special frame, which reduces the failure rate in difficult conditions.
