Plasma firing

Ventres had to make something for her own protection from the rest of the world. She already had constructed a taser out of some batteries and cables, and needed something against the Fishers who usually strike with snipers and electric cables. Thus she created Plasma out of old printers and computer parts. It's heavy af but it can cut through just about anything like butter.
