RO-VAR

The idea revolves around an expedition to a newly discovered planet called Tundra-C1. The expedition was set up in order to establish it's suitability as a potential colony for a future population from earth, but the mission failed. The environment was more extreme than expected when winter came and temperatures plummeted. This rendered much of the equipment as useless as it hadn't been tested for these conditions. Fortunately, the RO-VAR'S were able to house and keep the colonist alive until they were extracted. My render shows the ro-var trudging along, its surfaces worn out by acidic rain, going on until it is inevitably abandoned and left to be consumed by the planet it came to conquer.
