1965 Shelby Daytona Coupe

What makes this car legendary? In 1965 in won it's class at 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Italian Grand Prix, Nürburgring 1000 km and clinched 1965 World Sportscar Championship at 12 Hours of Reims, the first American manufacturer to do so. Unfortunately it is best known in my country as the car Australian touring car legend and 9 time Bathurst winner Peter Brock was killed driving during a tarmac rally event in 2006. Ironically the car was originally designed by Shelby employee Peter Brock (no relation).
