Fifty years ago the first man stepped on the Moon. Nowadays our sight is set to Space again. Gazing into the dark we strive for better technology to reach new horizons.

The year is 2060. The human kind has reached Jupiter and its moons. The first human base is built on the surface of moon Europe. The astronauts explore this hostile environment with Nyx – Space exploration rover. The reconfigurable wheels tracks allow the vehicle to quickly self-optimize as the terrain changes. The suspension system consisted of four robotic legs allow change in the clearance assuring better maneuverability on heavily cratered steeps and rough terrain. The communication with the Earth and the base is achieved by a retractable high-gain UHF antenna as well as antennas working in the X-diapason. The vehicle allows both manual and autonomous control.

Has the great sci-fi author Arthur Clark been right about the existence of extraterrestrial life on the moons of Jupiter? Nyx and its crew are determined to solve the mystery.
